All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party vendors. It is your responsibility to review and agree to those terms.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.

Booking Terms

A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Final payment deadlines will be communicated and must be adhered to.
Cancellation policies vary by vendor. Fees may apply.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services.
Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, safety, supplier changes, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide an equal or better alternative.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other required documents.

We are not responsible for denied entry, missed flights, or changes caused by incomplete or invalid documents.
